SGM provides Finance and accounting services including maintenance of books of accounts, statutory records, preparation of final accounts for resident and non-resident individuals, body corporate expatriates residing in India and any other person as defined and covered under the Indian Income Tax Act. SGM provides services in the field of Registration of companies, E-TDS, PAN application, Auditing and assurance, pay roll, Individual Tax filing.

The business shall also comprise of providing services in the field of taxation, including but not restricted to preparation and filing of return of Income, compliance with procedures and authorities, counseling on tax rules and implications, processing of claims, and such other related activities as for providing assistance to meet the requirement of the Indian Income Tax Act.
